  • Due to COVID-19 safety regulations, all visitors of the KABK must be registered. Therefor we kindly ask you to buy your own ticket and there is a maximum of 2 tickets per person. This way, we can keep track of the actual visitors in the building at each timeslot. By accepting the conditions while buying your ticket, you agree that KABK can share your personal data with the GGD in case of a corona contamination.

  • If a ticket is booked for you and you are not yet registered, you will be asked to register upon entering the building.

  • Please arrive within the booked time slot. You will have 30 minutes from the start of your time slot to enter the Graduation Show.

  • Come alone or with a maximum of 2 persons of your household. A household is defined as: a married couple, a registered partner or other life partner and parents, grandparents, and children if they are registered with the municipality as living at the same address. To comply with the 1.5-meter social distancing rule, we are not offering tours at this Graduation Show.

  • We want to give everyone the chance to see the exhibition, therefore we ask you not to be in the building for more than 2 hours.

Hygiëne

  • At the entrance and at several points throughout the building we offer hand sanitizer. We request kindly all visitors to clean their hands using the sanitizer available when they arrive and during the visit.

  • The academy is cleaned frequently and thoroughly in line with the RIVM guidelines. The toilets and objects that visitors come into frequent contact with such as handrails are regularly sanitized.

  • Make use of disinfectant for the interactive works of art.

Distance

  • We also take measures to ensure that you can keep a distance of 1.5 metres from other visitors. On every space there is an information panel indicating the maximum number of persons who may be in the space at any one time. If this number of people is already present, please wait before entering the space. There are fixed walking routes and one-way traffic.

We are there to help you

The KABK building is a fantastic place to host the Graduation Show, but can also be a maze, even more so with the current measures of fixed walking routes. Our students and staff will help you find your way. But they may also remind you of your obligation to comply with the coronavirus measures. We kindly request to cooperate. It is not only in your own interests to comply with the rules, but also those of other visitors and our students and staff.
